A copy of your Driver’s License, or other photo ID, and Social Security Card may be required prior to move in.   Additional occupants not listed on the application may lead to an eviction.

Rent due the 1st of every month; if payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a $35.00 late fee will be applied.  Failure to pay rent in a timely manner may lead to eviction proceedings. If eviction is sought, you may be responsible for additional charges, such as court and attorney’s fees and your credit rating could be affected.

UNITS INCLUDE:

Refrigerator, Range w/ oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, HVAC, Water, Trash & Sewer

TENANTS RESPONSIBILITY:

Electricity, Gas, & all other utilities and services not listed.

Satellite dishes are NOT permitted on the premises.  

LAUNDRY:

Located on the first and second floor. 

SMOKE FREE BUILDING INCLUDES VAPE PENS & MEDICAL MARIJUANA. 

Michigan Law prohibits medical marijuana patients from growing or smoking the drug on leased residential property.
